Exedy makes the OEM clutch on your Subaru, and it’s not a bad clutch, either, so you know these folks know their stuff.
The stock replacement clutch is the exact same thing the car comes with from the factory. Stage 1 upgrades to a heavier pressure plate, with a full-face organic disc — note that this will lead to more chatter and less-smooth uptake than the stock replacement clutch. Stage 2 is for high power levels, with a three-puck cerametallic disc — be prepared for high pedal effort and a LOT of clutch shudder.
Torque capacity measured at the wheels: 364 ft-lbs.
